TRAMPOLINE PARK RE-OPENS | This Week's Re-Opening of Popular Fun Spot Brings Smiles to Many

POPULAR TRAMPOLINE PARK RE-OPENS FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE LAST MARCH

This week, Altitude Oswego has re-opened since closing last March due to COVID-19 guidelines. We caught up with the General Manager, Crysta Darr, who shared her excitement for this very special week.

"Altitude Trampoline Park is open again! We are so pumped to finally be able to welcome guests again. We opened our doors on Wednesday, March 10 and it was an amazing day," shared Darr.

The trampoline park has made some operational changes, in accordance to the latest government guidelines.

"We take the health of our guests and our team members very seriously and want to maintain the highest standards in sanitation and safety, all while wanting to provide families with a place to come and have some well-deserved fun together!," added Darr.

Now that the park is re-opened, guests are encouraged to visit the company's website prior to visiting to get familiar with current guidelines. Specifics that Darr wanted to share include:

- The park is operating as contactless as possible, therefore guests are asked to pre-book your jump tickets online to secure your spot and sign your waiver to avoid any extra wait when you arrive. The park is also operating at limited capacity, so make sure to pre-book!

- We will take your temperature before entering the facility. We respectfully request all guests wear a mask while in the park and to maintain social distancing.

- We have temporarily adjusted our opening hours to allow extra time for cleaning the park. Current hours are Mon-Sat 10am–8pm and Sun 11am–8pm.

- We’ve introduced a full park cleanliness (C3) program, using products that are consistent with CDC guidelines. We have fully trained and certified team members and extensive cleaning protocols are in place - before, during, and after hours. We are also regularly audited by EcoSure – our health and safety evaluation partner.

"We can’t wait to jump with you all once again!" concluded Darr.

Full details, waivers and online booking can be found on the website www.altitudetrampolinepark.com/locations/oswego. You can also call (331) 717-9335 if you have any questions. Residents are encourages to follow Altitude Trampoline Park on social media for all the latest updates.

The park is located at 1600 Douglas Road in Oswego.
