Commission/Bonus: $70,000.00 to $130,000.00 /year

Operating since 2006, the Glancer® brand is trusted and widely recognized in Chicagoland's west suburban marketplace with a digital subscription-based magazine, daily website, local business directory, and high performing social media channels embraced and loved by the community. In addition to the local media platform that local businesses know and trust, Glancer® has a digital marketing division that helps small to medium-sized business looking to expand with digital marketing options that are not a part of our magazine platform. This includes SEO, Website Design, Social Media Marketing and more, giving Area Directors a wide variety of local offerings to sell, increasing their monthly revenue opportunities.
Area Directors operate their own territory-specific local media and marketing platform by building community relationships and ad partnerships, generating both advertising and marketing revenue monthly. Territories are county-based and multiple territories are available within specified regions. Each relies on the support of the Glancer® in-house Digital Support Team to complete each monthly issue including editorial, photography, ad layout, design and web updates based on the annual monthly theme schedule, with web content updated collaboratively daily and weekly using a simplified remote system. Our process is effective and efficient, with systems streamlined and accurate, allowing Area Directors to focus on what they do best– building their business by being present in the marketplace and helping businesses gain exposure locally.
