BELOVED COFFEE SHOP TO CLOSE AFTER FACING A FEW CHALLENGING YEARS

GENEVA-The well-loved downtown Geneva coffee shop will be closing its doors at the end of April. The announcement came Tuesday evening as it was shared in social media. In part, it read:

“It is with heavy hearts that we must share some difficult news with you. After much consideration and soul-searching, we have made the heartbreaking decision to close our beloved coffee shop, 318 Coffee House at the end of April 2024.”

Owned and operated by the Untiedt family, who also owns Graham’s Chocolates, the coffee shop opened in 2005 but has faced some monumental challenges these past few years, as explained in their heartfelt statement. The closure will allow them to focus solely on running their chocolate business, which is loved beyond measure throughout the community.
