CELEBRITY ZOOM EVENT | Vanderpump Rules TV Star Set for Anderson's Bookshop Event

LOCAL BOOKSHOP HOSTS REALITY STAR FOR ITS DIGITAL DEBUT

For our new cultural reality, it seems perfectly fitting that Anderson’s Bookshops will host for its digital debut a true reality star, Kristen Doute. The program featuring Doute, who made her name on Bravo TV’s hit Vanderpump Rules, will be a virtual experience on the Zoom platform for ticketholders only. The event will celebrate Doute’s new book, He’s Making You Crazy, and is set for Wednesday, June 3 at 7:00 p.m. Doute will be in conversation with her co-author Michele Alexander, who also wrote How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, which became a feature film in 2003 with Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey.

To join in the event with TV personality and entrepreneur Kristen Doute and her co-author Williams, purchase a copy of the new book, He’s Making You Crazy from Anderson’s Bookshop website: https://www.andersonsbookshop.com/event/kristen-doute-and-michele-alexander.

When you order the book, your ticket to the program will be included. The confirmation will share a link to the virtual event and further instructions. There will be an opportunity for Q & A in the chat room and a selfie moment with Doute as well. All books will be autographed.

Doute’s event marks the second time Anderson’s has hosted a Vanderpump Rules personality. Stassi Schroeder visited in April of 2019 to a full house at Anderson’s Bookshop, Naperville.

Anderson’s Bookshop, home of over 400 live author events annually is now steering into the virtual world as a result of health precautions during this time. Live events will resume when they can be held safely, but of course, authors continue to have works to share with fans and Anderson’s Bookshops are thrilled to offer an option for our current times.

About the Book: "If there's one thing I know, it's crazy. A lot of people have called me crazy. Crazy Kristen! For a while there, it was practically my name. Women all over the world get called crazy every day. But we weren't born crazy—we were made crazy." Unpacking the ups and downs of Doute's laugh-out-loud funny, sometimes cringe-worthy dating history, He's Making You Crazy will hold your hand through deep self-reflection—while giving you that push to put on your detective's hat and hack your man's email account if you need to. From trapping your boyfriend in ridiculous lies to gathering all your crush's security question answers on the first date, Doute’s shares her no-holds-barred, hysterically funny, and hard-earned advice on men, love, and modern dating. He's Making You Crazy will give you the motivation you need to get out of an unhealthy relationship (the one that's making you crazy!), the wisdom to step up and admit when you're the one in the wrong, and the courage to keep your heart open through it all.

About the Authors: Kristen Doute is a TV personality, designer, and entrepreneur known best for her fan-favorite role on Bravo's international hit series Vanderpump Rules.
