
Tragic Fire in Naperville on Redwing Court
STORY UPDATE: It has been reported that 1 person was killed in the fire and 1 person was taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries. According to news reports, the Naperville Fire Department indicated that at around 3:15pm crews were dispatched to a home on fire in the 3500 block of Redwing Court located in the Tall Grass neighborhood of South Naperville. No firefighters were injured in the blaze and fire crews had controlled the fire by 4:30pm. The home is now uninhabitable due to the fire, displacing 5 individuals. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time and no fire fighters were injured.
NAPERVILLE–According to Tri State Fire Alerts, the Naperville Fire Department, along with other assisting units from nearby communities, battled a fire in Naperville Tuesday afternoon.
