1. NAPERVILLE PUMPKIN RACE October 27 • Rotary Hill In Naperville NAPERVILLE–Turning Pointe Autism Foundation will be hosting the Third Annual Naperville Pumpkin Race on October 27, 2018. Similar concept to a Boy Scout pinewood derby race, Turning Pointe students create Race Kits that contain all that is needed to get your pumpkin moving. Our students gain vocational experience as they assemble the kits- and you get the wheels to race your friends! The festivities Start at 1pm at Rotary Hill in Downtown Naperville. Sean Hayes Releases Children’s Book, Signing at Anderson’s Bookshop • Nov 27 • 7pm NAPERVILLE–Television and Broadway star Sean Hayes, a Glenbard West high School grad, is returning to his earlier roots this fall when he visits the area in celebration of Hayes’ new project: his new picture book, Plum, written with co-author and husband, Scott Icenogle. LEGALLY BLONDE IS NOW PLAYING AURORA–Speaking of fabulous, Chicago newcomers Casey Shuler and Gerald Caesar will make their respective Paramount debuts as the idealistic and precocious protagonist, Elle Woods, and her earnest love interest, Emmett Forrest.
