$20 PER TICKET FOR ONE WINE or BEER WITH A SAMPLE APPETIZER or DESSERT PAIRING Due to Phase 4 regulations, Geneva Chamber of Commerce is not able to hold the award-winning Festival of the Vine event for 2020.  Instead, they are bringing something different to September to satisfy your senses. Sip & Sample Through September is a ticketed event valid for Sept. 1-30. Purchasing a ticket for $20 gets one person a wine or beer with a sample appetizer or dessert pairing at a participating restaurant.   “We thank the community for supporting our restaurants, the Geneva Chamber and Geneva businesses,” says Paula Schmidt, President Geneva Chamber of Commerce. Ticket purchases are not limited; however, only one ticket/per person/per seating can be used. A ticket will be turned into the server upon seating. Residents are encouraged to make reservations during the restaurant’s normal business hours. Your tickets are valid through the month of September at all the participating restaurants. A list of participating restaurants and tickets are available on the Chamber’s website. Tickets can be mailed ($1 extra) or picked up curbside at the Geneva Chamber of Commerce, 8 S. Third St., Geneva (proof of purchase is required). Chamber business hours are: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Thursday; and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday.  Please allow 24 hours for processing tickets if picking up. If choosing the mailing option, please note the Chamber will only mail up until Sunday, Sept 20. Ticket sales will end 10 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30, and tickets are only valid during the month of September. No refunds will be issued and must be 21 to order. “After enjoying a paring, we invite you to stay and order off their menu. You may discover a new ’go-to” restaurant,’” says Laura Rush, Communications Manager, Geneva Chamber of Commerce. Updates on all festivals and events may be found on the Chamber’s website .
