August 2011 - POOL PARTY Everybody knows somebody and getting a group of 15 people together these days is as easy as posting a message on Facebook. With August upon us and the heat of summer, pool passes are a luxury when your subdivision pool or summer pool membership has become old news. If you are looking to freshen up your weekly summer fun, get some friends together and save approximately 40-50% on admissions to some amazing water parks in our area. Most have very simple group programs of only a few days advanced notice and minimum deposits. The only requirement seems to be that your group arrives together and has a common form or payment. Easy enough to have your friends come at noon and bring cash! The savings make the adventure all the more fun and add a spark to your summer memories. All rates are for non-residents. Raging Waves in Yorkville Normal Admission $28.99 over 48”, $18.99 under 48”, under two free Group 22+ Admission $17.99 over 48" and $14.99 under 48" Pelican Harbor in Bolingbrook Normal Admission $15, two and under free Group 20+ Admissions $8 Phillips Park Family Aquatic Center, Aurora Normal Weekday $8, Weekend $9, 13 years and older Normal Weekday $7, Weekend $8, 2-12 years old, under 2 free Group 15+ Admissions $5 over 13 years, $4 for 2-12 years old, under 2 free Splash Country, Aurora Normal Weekday $8, Weekend $9, 13 years and older Normal Weekday $7, Weekend $8, 2-12 years old, under 2 free Group 15+ Admissions $5 over 13 years, $4 for 2-12 years old, under 2 free Cypress Cove Family Aquatic Park, Woodridge Normal Admission $13, under 1 free Group 20+ Admissions $11 Centennial Beach, Naperville Normal Admission $10 Group 25+ Admissions $5 Rice Pool and Water Park and Northside Family Aquatic Center in Wheaton offer less than $1 discount for groups of 10 or more, but hey, money is money. What I have found is that whether it’s a water park or any other adventure, always checkout the group rates; you will find significant savings wherever you go, if you simply go with friends. – Kristen Kucharski #GlancerMagazine #KristenKucharski #MomsLittleBlackBook #MBBOutdoorAdventures #MBBPerfectForTweensTeens #August2011 #KidsTeens #FeaturedBlogger #FeaturedBlog
