Owners Nicole and Rob Salerno have 30+ years of experience in the food service industry. Rob Salerno opened Evviva! Bar & Eatery almost 13 years ago in Lisle. Over the past several years Rob has continued to grow the Salerno’s brand and open new locations throughout the Chicagoland area. The R. Salerno Restaurant group currently has 11 locations that include three separate brands.
