Serve with a Poached Pear salad with candied walnuts, mixed greens, crazin, poached pear, and fried brie crouton.

Elouan Chardonnay: Palate: Passion Fruit, Peaches, & Buttered Popcorn.
Served with Pan-seared Sea scallop- cauliflower puree, bacon crumble, golden raisin puree.

Belle Glos Pinot Noir: Palate: Sweet Cherry, Cranberry, & Just-baked gingerbread.
Served with Duck confit, sweet potato hash, cherry port sauce, rocket.
