Amlutastings is a popup, boutique, personal chef, fine dining experience.  Each tasting will usually have a theme for the evening and spin a tale through flavors and foods.  It is a farm to table concept where the chef utilizes and transforms locally grown seasonal produce and products. Anna Sen Venkatesh is a personal chef and has hosted many events at home, The Farmhouse in Plainfield and at several client locations.

Space fills up fast so it is recommend you reserve early.  You can reserve a single to multiple spots.  In other words, it can be just a couple or a friend, or a larger group of friends, family or colleagues.  Tickets are on a first come first served basis.

Tastings usually run 2 to 3 hours in a beautiful, modern rustic dining space.  The pace is slowed so you relax and savor the experience!.  It is recommended that you allow the entire time to enjoy the experience.  They accommodate all dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences, such as gluten-free, vegan, halal, or any other needs.
