ALL THAT IS FRESH & NEW – CELEBRATING THE NEAR FUTURE
Anticipation! We are all anticipating the excitement of all that will feel new and fresh when the “shelter in place” order is lifted. Along the way, we have built new family traditions; yet still look forward to carrying on old traditions, such as visiting Goebbert’s Farm & Garden Center in South Barrington and Goebbert’s Pumpkin Patch and Apple Orchard in Pingree Grove.
The seeds have been planted; the flowers are blooming; and a much-anticipated carousel is being built, in addition to a new wedding venue with a bridal cottage.
“It has long been a tradition and value of our farm to continually add to our offerings and attractions and this is just the latest activity for families to enjoy here in the Fall,” says Emily Zoellick of the new carousel opening August 28th. “It looks great on the farm and goes well with our existing fun such as the jumping pillow, pedal karts, big slide; and as an added bonus, wedding couples that have their events at the farm can use it to take timeless, fun wedding photos.”
The magic of the horses, lights and music will restore hope and rebuild timeless memories for generations to come. -Kristen Kucharski
