CHICAGO IS GETTING READY TO GO GREEN FOR ST. PATRICK'S DAY 2023

It's always a blast celebrating St. Patrick's Day in the Chicago area, and 2023 is sure to be no exception! The city's iconic dyeing of the Chicago River will take place as usual, turning the water a brilliant shade of green. The annual St. Patrick's Day Parade, which draws thousands of spectators each year, will wind through the streets of downtown Chicago, featuring colorful floats, bagpipers, Irish dancers and more.

If you're looking for something a little more low-key but equally festive, numerous pubs and restaurants throughout the city and suburbs will be hosting special events and offering traditional Irish fare such as corned beef and cabbage and shepherd's pie. And don't forget to raise a pint of Guinness or sip on some Jameson Irish whiskey to toast to your good fortune!

Here are a few fun upcoming St. Patrick's Day events at Chicago restaurants, bars and eateries. Enjoy & celebrate safely!
