IT'S BURRATA TIME | Try Something New at Fiamme on Washington Street In Downtown Naperville

OUTDOOR PATIO DINING OPEN

Fiammé is a traditional Naples inspired Italian restaurant, specializing in authentic oak-fired oven pizzas & Detroit style pan pizzas. Italian cuisine at it’s simplest, yet finest. Known for scrumptious food, cocktails and a great atmosphere– guests LOVE their many unique menu options including the Burrata.

Never had it before? What's that, you ask?

According to Wiki, Burrata (Italian pronunciation: [burˈrata]) is a fresh Italian cow milk cheese (occasionally buffalo milk) made from mozzarella and cream. The outer shell is solid mozzarella, while the inside contains stracciatella and cream, giving it an unusual, soft texture. It is typical of Apulia. It is usually served fresh and at room temperature.

Fiamme's well-loved Burrata is pictured above. Try it today! ♥ Be sure to tell them we sent you.
