Summer Fun at Blackberry Farm In Aurora

FUN FOR ALL AGES AT FOX VALLEY PARK DISTRICT'S BLACKBERRY FARM

AURORA–The Fox Valley Park District’s 53-year-old living history museum, Blackberry Farm demonstrates the re-creation of pioneer life through educational experiences and hands-on fun. With unlimited rides on the replica steam-engine train, hay wagon, paddle boats, carousel and ponies included in the admission price, Blackberry presents parents the opportunity to relive their childhood memories through the eyes and sounds of their little ones today.

A seasonal destination, the fall season bursts with color during Pumpkin Weekends and winter begins with Blackberry aglow in twinkling lights and festive music, as families hop aboard the Holiday Express, sip hot chocolate and whisper their secret lists to Santa.

On average, Blackberry welcomes around 120,000 visitors per season, which this year runs from May 1 to Sept. 25, before seasonal, weekend events begin in October. www.blackberryfarm.info
