AURORA | Curfew & Travel Restrictions Remain In Place

CURFEW AND TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS IN PLACE FOR TONIGHT While monitoring pending demonstrations in the area, the City of Aurora will continue with curfew and travel restrictions. The curfew will begin at 8:30 p.m. tonight, Wednesday, June 3, and end at 6 a.m. tomorrow, Thursday, June 4. Residents are asked to remain at home and to only travel for employment during the curfew hours. All Interstate 88 entrances to Aurora will be closed during the curfew. No one will be permitted entry. Entrance into the downtown area is prohibited during the curfew without residential or employment identification. Strict travel restrictions are in place at Fox Valley Mall. Residents are asked to avoid the area.
