WHEATON NEWS | Community Invited to Open House Honoring Outgoing Mayor

Mayor Gresk, Wheaton

MAYOR GRESK'S FINAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING TO FOLLOW OPEN HOUSE To honor outgoing Mayor Michael J. Gresk’s years of service to Wheaton and its residents, the community is invited to an open house from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, April 15. The open house will be in the lobby and Council Chambers of Wheaton City Hall, 303 W Wesley Street. City Manager Dzugan will say a few words of appreciation at 6 p.m.

Mayor Gresk has served as Wheaton’s mayor for the past 12 years. Before being elected mayor, he served as a Wheaton City Councilman from 1995-2003. Mayor Gresk’s final City Council meeting will follow the open house, as he did not seek a fourth term in office.

The City of Wheaton thanks Mayor Gresk for his years of dedicated service and wishes him all the best.
