PORTILLO’S LAUNCHES SWEEPSTAKES AND “APP-Y HOUR” SPECIAL

Portillo’s, the fast casual concept known for its menu of Chicago-style favorites, announces new App-y Hour drink specials and a Chocolate Cake Shake sweepstakes. The promotion coincides with updates to the brand’s proprietary app and online ordering system, which includes a new interface design and customizable order features.

From November 1 through December 31, customers that place an online order between 2-5 p.m. on Portillos.com or by using the Portillo's app, can enjoy half-off drinks with a purchase of an entrée. The App-y Hour special includes all shakes, smoothies, and soft drinks; alcohol is not included. Additionally, customers that place an online order between 2-5 p.m. will be automatically entered into a sweepstakes, with three lucky winners receiving free Chocolate Cake Shakes for a year.

Portillo’s online ordering updates include menu order customization, allowing customers to save their favorite orders for easy checkout; on-demand delivery; and other exclusive offers. As an added sweet treat, Portillo’s Birthday Club members can now redeem their free cake slice online.
