COMMUNITY NEWS | Armed Robbery In Naperville, Witnesses Wanted


NAPERVILLE POLICE INVESTIGATE ARMED ROBBERY REPORT

On Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at approximately 12:30 a.m., Naperville Police officers were called to the Mobil/Bucky’s gas station, located at 20 E Ogden Avenue, for the report of an armed robbery that had occurred approximately 10 minutes earlier. Upon arrival, it was determined that the offender, who had left the scene prior to police arrival, displayed a dark-colored, semi-automatic handgun and stole an undisclosed amount of currency and merchandise. The initial investigation revealed the offender left the scene on foot and eastbound away from the gas station. No one was injured during this incident. The offender is described as follows: Male, white, 28-32 years old, blond hair, blue eyes, wearing a mask, gloves, blue/black jacket, khaki pants and black shoes.
