1. KICK OFF SPRING WITH A TRIP  TO THE KANE COUNTY FLEA MARKET Have fun at one of the longest running, best antique and collectible Flea Markets in the world. The Kane County Flea Market has been a place for people to come and enjoy the fun of searching and finding the one thing they have sought for ages. 2. DUPAGE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA • March 18 • 3pm North Central College presents “Celebrate Now & Then” performing Ottorino Respighi’s brilliant musical tribute to ancient and modern Rome at in the College’s Wentz Concert Hall at the Fine Arts Center, 171 E. 3. RHYTHM OF THE DANCE Mar 9 7 7:30pm • Batavia Fine Arts Centre, Batavia This two-hour dance and music extravaganza contains a wealth of Irish talent. The show is an inspiring epic, reliving the journey of the Irish Celts throughout history. Using modern art forms of dance and music, this richly costumed show marries the contemporary and the ancient. Be sure to experience Rhythm of the Dance. 4. “ONCE” THE MUSICAL April 25-June 3 at The Paramount, Aurora With a book by Enda Walsh and music and lyrics by Glen Hansard and Markéta Irglová (who starred in the film of the same name), this show, directed by Corti, with music direction by Vendafreddo, is about the complicated romance that develops between an Irish busker about to give up his dream of a life in music, and the very musical Czech immigrant girl who pushes him to stick with it. www.paramountaurora.com
