Q. I want to get in better shape for spring break. What is the best way to shed some body fat in the next two months?

You first want to check your nutrition. If it is not spot on then don't worry about anything until you make nutrition priority number one. If nutrition is golden then you need to get two to three metabolic strength workouts in weekly. Think of these workouts as lifting weights at a fast pace to maximize calorie burn and raise metabolism all while not losing lean muscle mass. Do a circuit style routine in which you alternate between an upper and lower body exercise. Do 4-5 circuits like this each consisting of 8-12 reps of each exercise and keep a quick pace. Finish with some brief interval based conditioning for no more than 4 minutes.
