Released in 1946, “It’s A Wonderful Life” tells the story of George Bailey, a caring family man who has fallen on hard times and contemplates suicide on Christmas Eve. But just when he thinks all hope is lost, his guardian angel Clarence appears to take George on a trip down memory lane. Through a series of flashbacks, Clarence shows George how his actions have positively impacted citizens in the community of Bedford Falls. In the end, he realizes that no one is a failure who has friends. Sharing Connections Furniture Bank is a non-profit organization that collects and distributes furniture as well as other basic necessities to make a home for families and individuals in need. “Sharing connections is a way for us to share with others, and we provide furniture as well as other basic necessities to make a home for families. We are grateful that the Tivoli is contributing to this effort,” says Leeanne McGrath, founder and life trustee of Sharing Connections.
