The home on the cover is located in Hinsdale. This is a Nantucket style home, which just happens to be Oakley’s niche in the market. “I think one of the major goals of this particular project was to give the client their dream home,” Amy Krieger, marketing manager at Oakley Home Builders, says. “This family had specific goals to, of course, stay within budget and also to have a family friendly home.” Oakley Home Builders delivered just that, constructing an open design to entertain family and friends.

For spring trends, traditional kitchens with wood countertops are at the top of the list, along with vintage style tubs in bathrooms, pops of color throughout the home, and also wood beams throughout with dramatic architectural detail.
