Award-Winning and Passionate Piano Educator Continues to Inspire
NAPERVILLE–Local piano teacher Dr. Jue He of Naperville has been inducted into the Steinway & Sons Music Teacher Hall of Fame, a prestigious designation recognizing the work of North America’s most committed and passionate piano educators. She was nominated for this honor by Steinway Piano Gallery of Hinsdale for her outstanding instruction and leadership in acoustic piano education and her commitment to teaching for over a decade.
Dr. He has a rich background in piano performance and collaborative arts. Her academic journey led her to Northwestern University, where she earned her doctoral degree. With an unwavering passion for teaching and an impressive 25-year teaching career, Dr. He’s commitment to her students shines through. As a member of the Music Teachers National Association, she is deeply embedded in the music education community, staying abreast of the latest pedagogical techniques and developments in the field. Her own early mentorship experiences ignited her desire to be an exceptional educator.
Dr. He’s students have excelled in AIM (Achievement in Music) and ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal School of Music) graded examinations, showcasing their solid musical foundations.
Currently, she serves as a piano instructor and recital coach at Benedictine University. In addition to her academic role, she owns Jue He Studio providing personalized piano instruction.
