On Friday May 8th, the Newcomers club danced the night away at Arrowhead Golf Club celebrating the end of their 2008-9 Newcomer Year. The outgoing president Cecilia Horejs & board were honored for their hard work while next years President Ann Wakeman was announced, as well as 2009-10 board members and interest group chairs. Newcomers offers residents new to the area or new to staying home a social network by offering monthly events, a book club, a tennis club, playgroups, couples nights out & much more.
