2009 Glen Ellyn Fashion Showcase Held November 8, 2009 Presented by the Glen Ellyn Chamber of Commerce, the 2009 Glen Ellyn Fashion Showcase was held November 8, 2009, at Abbington Distinctive Banquets in Glen Ellyn. The event began with cocktails and a silent auction offering a wide variety of gift packages donated by local Glen Ellyn businesses. Immediately following, guests enjoyed a three course luncheon and fashion show featuring a variety of fall and winter fashions, accessories and holiday hair styles, all from Glen Ellyn! WGN AM radio celebrity Judy Pielach provided commentary for the show.
