Ron Buonauro Memorial Foundation Benefit Breakfast

Friends of Ron Buonauro hosted a breakfast at Hugo’s Bar and Fish House in downtown Naperville on Saturday, January 31st. The event was held to benefit Ron’s Memorial Foundation which was recently created to carry on the legacy and charitable works of Buonauro, a local businessman who lost his fight with cancer in October 2008. “Ron was a tireless champion of many charitable organizations,” said longtime friend Ray Kinney. “And through this new foundation, we will continue his efforts to assist organizations like St. Patrick's Residence, the Heritage YMCA, Little Friends, Rotary Club of Naperville/Sunrise and others in their missions to help individuals in need.” In addition to the breakfast, guests had an opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for a variety prizes and gift certificates for the entire family. – Photos by Jane Donahue
