Glancer Magazine's 2009 Reader's Choice Awards Party On Tuesday, July 14th, local area residents from three towns - Naperville, Wheaton and Glen Ellyn - came together at Jilly's Piano Bar in downtown Naperville to celebrate Glancer Magazine's 2009 Reader's Choice Awards. The winning "most loved" establishments were selected based upon votes collected over a 3-month online polling period. The 2009 Reader of the Year was also announced at the event for each title.
