IT'S MAGICAL – ABRACADABRA! LOCAL RESIDENT MAKES EVENTS MAGICAL
Jeanette Andrews is a full-time magician with a passion for creating unique and memorable magic performances. Since performing her first show magic at age four for her Wheaton preschool class, she has performed for thousands across the country live and countless others on television. She began running her business at age six, after performing her first paid show at a local park district. She performs in a variety of settings, from stages to interactive close-up performances that include a recent run of her one woman show in an art gallery, to her hundreds of performances at corporate events and private parties. Jeanette enjoys continually expanding and improving her show and she strives to bring the best to each performance, whether she is performing in a large theater or for a small family event for a client.
In 2011, Roy of 'Magicians of the Century' Siegfried and Roy said, "She is very talented, setting a great example for young people to learn respect for the art." Jeanette combines magic with performance and visual arts, movement, and audience participation to create a unique and elegant style of performance. Jeanette also continually lectures on magic and its relation to philosophy and psychology across the country. She strives to use the art of the impossible to provoke questions for the audience to contemplate about their perceptions about the world in which we live.
Jeanette will be performing at Glancer Magazine’s Hearts & Hope Fundraiser on Feb 8 at Black Finn. For more information on Jeanette's performances for events and about her appearances, please visit www.JeanetteAndrews.com
